We had a wonderful first weekend of advent! The temperatures warmed up and we were able to take our first family walk around the neighborhood. It's such a beautiful time of year with the trees changing to the fall colors. Emily slept the entire hour, despite the treacherous winds and bumpy cobblestone. Eli can't wait for her to be a little older so she can recognize the ducks and cute little turtles.I think one of my favorite times of the Christmas season is decorating the tree. All of the ornaments have such great memories behind them--I especially love the ones I made all throughout elementary school! They're hilarious!
